Due to the impact of COVID on shipping services, delivery times may be extended and are not guaranteed within their estimated time frame.

Cancellation

  • We only accept an order cancellation before the order is shipped out.   

Returns

     A. [ Due to our reasons ]

  • Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase, please note that no returns will be accepted after 30 Days!
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. No handling fees and additional fees to be charged to the consumers for the return of a merchandise.

      • Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase, please note that no returns will be accepted after 30 Days!
      • To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition, All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused or unaltered and with tags attached.
      • If the return is caused by consumer reasons, such as "changed my mind" or "can't wear (the size is wrong, not we sent the wrong)", the freight or customs tax shall be borne by the consumer. The exact cost should depend on the Courier company you choose.

      • No handling fees and additional fees to be charged to the consumers for the return of a merchandise.

      About returns address

      • After submitting the return application, an email will be sent to you, and the email will clearly state where you should post the return.

      How to Return?

           A. Start

      • If you are not sure whether the return conditions are met, please contact us at customerservice@titijewelry.com

           B. Get Your Return Ready

      • Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization Number, please pack up the items you'd like to return.
      • We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking.
      • Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and in contrast do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return.
      • Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly.

      Processing & Refunds

      • After the arrival of the item(s), we will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved in a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.
      • Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to your email.
      • After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
      • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      About exchange

      • If you’re looking for an exchange, although we do not support direct exchange, but you can purchase again after return.

      Late or missing refunds

      •  In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
